Noble County is facing a critical shortage of affordable, high-quality early childhood care. It's a challenge that affects more than just families - it impacts local employers, schools, and the economic vitality of our region.Â
Noble Early Learning will provide 38 full time licensed child care seats this spring for ages 6 weeks to 6 years. That's nearly double the current availability on the west side of Noble County. CFNC is proud to serve as its fiscal sponsor and steward of a 1:1 matching grant provided by Lilly Endowment Inc.
To ensure the success of the child care and support plans for future expansion, every dollar contributed to Noble Early Learning through the Community Foundation of Noble County will be matched, thanks to the generosity of Lilly Endowment, Inc. Every investment will be doubled, and will be an investment into our future workforce, our families, and the success of our community.
Leaders like Be Noble, Inc. Investment Trust Fund, Noble REMC, Parkview Noble, and many individuals have already shown their support. You can make a donation online below, or via check. If you would prefer to mail a check, write it to the Community Foundation of Noble County, with Noble Early Learning in the subject line, and mail to PO Box 210, Ligonier, IN 46794.
